Mr. Foster is a registered architect who has performed duties as a project manager, project designer, construction administrator and interior designer. This varied experience allows him to maintain a unique perspective of the entire process of building design and construction.

 

His dual role as project architect and construction administrator ensures that issues and concerns raised during project development are addressed in an orderly and timely manner.  Mr. Foster's community involvement includes serving on the City of Lakewood Architectural Review Board, board member of the Hattie Larlham Foundation and Technical Advistor to the Cleveland League of Women Voters Look up to Cleveland Program.

RAHMAN RIAZ

Rahman (“Ray”) Riaz is the principal at Vine Development. A Cleveland native, where through his childhood he worked closely alongside his father to build several wine shops in the Cleveland area. They have also been heavily involved in acquiring and repositioning rental properties along with renovating for sale development projects. Ray has always felt a deep connection to the city and strives to continue to be part of its future development. For Edgewater South, he assembled a team of experienced professionals that have worked on numerous projects in the neighborhood and all over the state.

 

Outside of his business ventures, Rahman has completed 3 years of medical training at Northeast Ohio Medical University to obtain his M.D. and is interested in specializing in pediatric heart surgery. Currently, he is planning on taking a research year after he completes his fourth year to earn a PhD in conjunction with his M.D. His research interests are in atrial fibrillation, chronic pain and social determinants of health.

 

In his free time, Ray enjoys sports, carpentry, traveling and spending time with family. He graduated from Cleveland State University in 2019 Summa Cum Laude and led the entire university with a 3.997 GPA. Ray has been involved and invested in the Detroit Shoreway community for the past twelve years and plans to continue his involvement to ensure sustainable growth within the community. Edgewater South will be the first of many projects Ray plans to develop within the area.
